Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days after processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of skincare and bath products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if items arrive damaged or defective. Please email photos to [email protected] for assistance.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
