📦 Shipping

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
• Domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
• You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare and wellness products, all sales are final.
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will gladly replace the item or offer store credit.

💳 Refunds

• Refunds are only issued if we are unable to fulfill your order.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

❌ Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by emailing us. After that, your order may already be in processing.

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

• Once marked "delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• Please contact your local post office to file a claim. We will assist where possible.
