- Orders are processed within 2β4 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
- Domestic shipping typically takes 3β7 business days after processing.
- Youβll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
π Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare and wellness products, all sales are final.
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will gladly replace the item or offer store credit.
π³ Refunds
- Refunds are only issued if we are unable to fulfill your order.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
β Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by emailing us. After that, your order may already be in processing.
π¬ Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once marked "delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Please contact your local post office to file a claim. We will assist where possible.

- Buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for customs duties or import taxes.
